Our factory is more than a production site. With alliances like Juki, Autodesk and Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing, we’re testing and implementing emerging technologies, bringing the next generation of innovation, automation and technology to the forefront to address real problems facing our industry. And we’re doing it with people, ensuring they are part of the process as we pilot technology solutions to help prepare them for industry 4.0.

In August 2021, we were honored to host a team from Siemens, Sewbo, Henderson Sewing and Bluewater Defense to test a COVID-19 focused technology project, which was funded by the Office of the Secretary of Defense through the ARM (Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing) Institute. Projects were developed to mitigate the current pandemic and prepare the nation for future pandemics and similar crises. The project demonstrated in the ISAIC factory was Built-By-Bot: Customized Mask Assembly using Robots.
