Shiraz Omar, Country Head - USA, Brandix

Shiraz Omar is the Country Head - USA for Brandix, a leader in Sri Lanka’s apparel industry that develops, manufactures, and markets end-to-end apparel solutions for world-renowned brands, and leads the way for the industry in sustainability. Shiraz has gained experience in apparel and textile manufacturing through diverse roles within the organization over the past decade, combined with a strong tech background.

Shiraz is a Director of Inspired Solutions USA Inc., a non-executive Board Member of Brandix India Apparel City, Fortude & DXM Inc. 

Shiraz holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in mechanical engineering from Manchester University and has also successfully completed courses in Family Business Governance at Northwestern University, and accounting and finance at the National University of Singapore
