An internationally acclaimed fashion and footwear design professional with over 15 years of academic experience, as well as considerable experience in all levels of the industry (from design to production), with strong leadership and multinational relationship-building skills.

Educated a the Royal College of Art graduate (London), Aki currently serves as the Linda Dresner Endowed Chair in Fashion Design at the College for Creative Studies (Detroit). His academic career includes visiting lecturer roles at various leading international fashion schools.
