Kimberly Hoyle is a strategic growth architect and business development executive with more than two decades of experience building sustainable revenue, expanding market presence, and aligning organizations around long-term strategy. At DBG Detroit, she leads corporate growth and strategic partnerships, advancing national, multi-year relationships that strengthen the organization’s impact on youth and families while supporting DBG’s long-term sustainability. Her background spans capital markets, real estate, infrastructure, and the built environment, where she has led complex business development efforts across highly regulated, multi-stakeholder landscapes.
Prior to DBG, Kimberly served in senior growth leadership roles across the marketing, architecture, engineering, and municipal consulting sectors, where she built high-performing teams, strengthened sales and CRM systems, and guided organizations through periods of expansion and integration. She brings a disciplined, outcomes-focused approach to partnership development, one rooted in shared value, trust, and long-term alignment.
Kim holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Japanese Language from Eastern Michigan University. Based in Metro Detroit, she is deeply engaged in civic and community leadership, with service across organizations including Centers for Family Development, Inc., the Urban Land Institute, and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Outside of work, Kim is a devoted wife and mother of three, an avid cook, and a lifelong admirer of architecture, design, and city landscapes. She is driven by the belief that when communities invest in young people, everyone benefits.
